Aathaven Tharmarajah (he/him/his) is an actor and performing artist based in New York City. He is originally from the Bay Area in California, but he also lived in Toronto, Chennai, and Salt Lake City throughout his childhood! In every city that he lived in, he was always so grateful to find a community within the arts. His passion and tenacity to exceed in his choirs, dance classes, and theatre projects in middle & high school eventually led him to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre and a Minor in Political Science from the University of Utah. Since graduating, Aathaven has led two North American tours (as Emmett Forrest in Legally Blonde and as Laurie in Little Women the Musical). He was also seen in Mira Nair’s Monsoon Wedding at St. Ann’s Warehouse in Brooklyn, as well as other professional regional theaters across the United States.
